There is a voyage behind every cup of coffee and each voyage contains as many stories as hands that helped the coffee arrive at every point in the supply chain. Each customer is part of a collaborative voyage as we seek to understand how we can best serve their business and become part of their story because no two stories are alike and every voyage is new.
Our new name also captures the less tangible ideas that keep coffee so interesting, not only the history and sense of adventure, but the simple challenge of distance which makes words like origin so evocative and stories not just important but necessary.
With suppliers, with customers, with colleagues in the industry, we are always asking ourselves how we can move beyond the transactional and deeper into the collaborative voyage, our collective story.
